Just because it’s a habit doesn’t mean you have to keep it.
Worry for example is nothing more than a bad habit.  Worry takes you from the present moment and allows fear and anxiety to drive thoughts of danger and peril.

Worry is a choice.  Are you a chronic worrier?  Then you have a chronic bad habit. But good news, you don’t have to keep this habit.  It can be changed.

“The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.” – Buddha

The key to ending worry is being in the present and accepting life the way it is right now, not how you wish it could be or would have been or should have been. When you’re living in acceptance, you realize everything is perfect  right now, in this moment.

You can forgive yourself for the mistakes you’ve made, and you can have peace in your heart knowing that all is well right now; and everything that should happen will happen.
